I am here to support you

I am your ally during these changing times and am here to provide you with the emotional, informational and educational support you need to meet your baby with confidence.

I recognize the importance of connecting families with trusted support and care for their birth and postpartum transition. I am here to bring you vetted resources, experience, support, security and to guide you through all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum-related.  I understand that you need a doula that supports you exactly where you are at and helps you get to where you want to go.

As your doula, my goal is to help you create a realistic and optimistic vision for your birth, help you work through your fears, provide non-judgmental support, and help your partner remain an active, effective role in this amazing experience.  As you begin to visualize and prepare for your ideal birth, you will develop a sense of confidence that will carry you through labor and birth.
